My name is Addie Schafer Benko. I am the CEO/Owner of Creative Stages (partnering professional teaching artists with classrooms/ communities), the Executive Director of both Virginia Thespians as well as Blue Ridge CAPPIES, and a contracted educator/artist. I was an educator for 7 years in the classroom and now going into my 10th year in the field, who was fortunate to receive grant money each year.
